User Uploaded Content Disclaimer

TeleShare is a platform that allows users to share links to content hosted on third-party services (Telegram). We do not host, store, or control any files on our servers. All content is stored on and delivered by Telegram's infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours
  • Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
