DMCA Takedown Policy

Introduction

TeleShare ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material to be removed, with enough information to locate it (URL/link)
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

How to Submit a Notice

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 24-48 hours
• Notify the user who posted the content about the removal
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
